Every piece has a name.

Case studies & project reveals

Rooms we’ve helped finish.

The brief, the pieces chosen, and the room revealed — for homes, the boutiques that stock us and the studios that specify us.

Private clientA city terrace

A terrace that hosts

The brief

A narrow dining room in an early-1900s terrace that hosts Sunday lunch for twelve. The table had to seat everyone without crowding the hallway, and the sideboard had to hold a dinner service out of sight.

The reveal

Teepee anchors the room with a base that leaves knees free at every seat. Curvy takes the long wall, and Lorna sits by the window for the coffee that follows.

Starring Teepee, Curvy & Lorna

“We wanted one table everyone would gather round. By the second Sunday nobody wanted to leave it.”

RetailerA coastal boutique

A boutique’s opening edit

The brief

An interiors boutique wanted a small run of statement occasional tables for its opening floor: pieces customers would stop for, in finishes that sit together on one plinth.

The reveal

Diva in Natural and Ebony became the centre of the display, with Buddy Tulip in Brass and Gritty Round either side, so every finish has a partner.

Starring Diva — Natural, Diva — Ebony, Buddy Tulip & Gritty Round

“Customers ask for the Divas by name. That’s exactly the conversation we wanted on the shop floor.”

Weather — main view03

Interior designerA city apartment

Specified for a city apartment

The brief

A residential studio furnishing a two-bedroom apartment for a client who collects ceramics. Everything had to be low, calm and able to carry weight.

The reveal

Weather runs beneath the main wall as a stage for the collection, Noah Coffee holds the living room together, and Walter sits beside the reading chair.

Starring Weather, Noah Coffee & Walter

“We specify Weather when a room needs one piece to carry it. The finish photographs beautifully for our clients, too.”

Jigsaw — main view04

Private clientA hinterland home

A hinterland home, furnished slowly

The brief

A new build opening onto a terrace, furnished one room at a time over a year. The owners wanted pieces with presence that would still feel right a decade on.

The reveal

Jigsaw moved outside to the covered terrace for long lunches, Leather Luxe greets everyone in the entry, and White Travertine settled the main bedroom.

Starring Jigsaw, Leather Luxe & White Travertine

“We bought one piece, lived with it, then came back for the next. Each one made the house feel more like ours.”
